I have been a longtime reader of Innerviews, and it really does live up to it's tagline "Music without Borders".
For anyone unfamiliar, it's chock full of informative, intelligent interviews with a host incredible musicians working in all sorts of genres, and well worth perusing.

"Novorichna" - Happy New Year

It appears Ukrainians celebrate the festive season a little later than the rest of us, something to do with the Gregorian calendar.



I am hoping to have some news about the Astarta/Edwin project at some point in the not too distant future, but for now it's probably appropriate to share the song "Novorichna" , a Ukrainian NewYear song, not part of the forthcoming album. The lyrics and language may be unfamiliar, but as an expression of hopefulness for the coming year it's easy for anyone to relate to.

Jon Durant is on guitar, Inna, Yulia and Eduard Prystupa on vocals with bass, programming etc, yours truly.

Obake live at DesertFest in April

I am pleased to report that Obake will be on The Quietus Stage at the Underworld in Camden, London on April 25th, with some more European dates to be arranged for the same period, I'll post them here in due course,  for now,  Magasin 4 in Brussels the next day, April 26th is also confirmed.
